Dr. Conor O’Sullivan
Dr. Cornelius O'Sullivan was born and raised in Lakewood, Ohio. From a young age he knew he wanted to be a dentist because he loved the fun, comforting environment of his childhood dental office.
Dr. O'Sullivan attended St. Edward High School, and then continued on to The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery. In 2020, Dr. O'Sullivan returned to Northeast Ohio to begin his career in dentistry and joined the Sikora Family Dentistry practice in December 2021.
Dr. O'Sullivan feels blessed to be able to create beautiful, healthy smiles for his patients while forming lifelong relationships. He is excited to bring his passion for family and cosmetic dentistry to the practice. When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. O'Sullivan enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors hiking with his wife Mallary, his son Finn, and their dog Winnie.
Dr. Christine Sikora
Dr. Christine Sikora is a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, but her passion for treating teeth dates back further and has its roots in the fine dental care she received as a child.
Growing up in a small southeastern Ohio town near Gallipolis, she first went to Shawnee State in Portsmouth, Ohio, where she received a degree as a dental hygienist. She worked as a dental hygienist in Richmond, Kentucky, before heading back to school to pursue a dental degree.
"I received regular dental care as a child and wore braces for years. I always looked forward to my dental visits and had a positive experience," Dr. Chris says in explaining what led to her career. "I think it is so rewarding to help people get out of pain and to help people cosmetically."
Dr. William Sikora
Dr. William Sikora has been practicing dentistry in North Olmsted for over 30 years. He opened his first dental office in North Olmsted, across the street from the current location in 1990, soon after graduating for the Dental School at The Ohio State University.
The practice has grown from three employees to 15 and so has Dr. Bill's community involvement. He has been a volunteer youth basketball coach and big supporter of youth sports.
Dr. Bill grew up on a dairy farm near the small eastern Ohio town of Maynard. He played college baseball at John Carroll University, where he majored in biology and chemistry, before going to The Ohio State College of Dentistry. It was his own experience in a dental chair as a child that led to his career choice.

Alli
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Alli graduated from Lutheran West High School and took the Dental Assisting program at Ohio VIP dental assisting school. Her favorite aspect of her job is getting to know patients and making them feel comfortable. She loves to cook and bake and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is a big animal lover and has two cats — Taz and Creampuff. Alli joined the staff in September 2021.
Amanda
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Amanda graduated from Cuyahoga Community College. She enjoys educating patients about their oral health. Amanda enjoys reading, walking her dog, spending time with friends and family, and watching Cleveland sports teams.
Amie
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Amie has been part of the Sikora Family Dentistry staff since 1998. She is a graduate of Berea High School and Cuyahoga Community College. Amie has a special interest in soft tissue management and enjoys helping “dental cowards” overcome their fears. Married with two children, Amie enjoys gardening and is an avid Cleveland sports fan, especially of the Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes.
Angelica
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Angelica joined the Sikora Family Dentistry team in 2017. From Cali, Columbia, Angelica is bilingual. She is a 2007 graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Medical and Dental Assistants program. Angelica loves taking care of patients and making them feel comfortable. Away from work she loves to dance, especially salsa and spending quality time with her family, which includes three children — Nicholas, Valentina and Cristian, and their dog, Obi.
Desiree
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Desiree graduated with honors in Dental Hygiene from LCCC. She strives for excellence in patient care and prides herself on the thoroughness of her dental cleanings and patient education. What she enjoys most is seeing the difference in her patients’ smiles. Desiree enjoys watching thriller movies, crime shows, and game shows. She loves spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
Candie
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Candie has been a staff member since 2012. She took the dental assisting vocational program while at Normandy High School and has a radiographer’s license. Her goal is to make every patient comfortable and help them realize they are in excellent hands. She and her husband, David, have three children, Nicholas, Adison and Ava. Candie enjoys trips to their family cottage in Pennyslvania to boat, jet ski and golf.
Ilona
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Ilona has been with our practice for over 3 years. Born in Ukraine, she is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian. She is a graduate if LCCC with a degree is dental hygiene. Ilona takes pride in providing care based on each individual’s needs, as well as educating patients to help them maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. Outside of work, Ilona loves spending time with her large extended family. Ilona and her husband, Mike, enjoy many hobbies together such as weight training, playing soccer and riding motorcycles.
Judy
SCHEDULE COORDINATOR
Judy joined Sikora Family Dentistry in 2016. She is a graduate of St. Augustine Academy and Cleveland State University. Judy is happy to help you schedule appointments for your family, discuss future treatment and help ensure your insurance is working hard for you. Whatever your needs, she is more than happy to assist you as best she can. Judy and her husband of 32 years, Chris, have three wonderful daughters and a fantastic son-in-law. She is an active member of St. Clarence Church. Judy enjoys reading, scrapbooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
Karen
OFFICE MANAGER
Karen has called Sikora Family Dentistry her work home for the past 20 years. A graduate of North Olmsted High School and Cleveland State University, Karen wears many hats. As the Office Manager and financial coordinator for the practice she will work with you to make your proposed treatment a reality. You’ll find she is a pro at helping you figure out your insurance so you can maximize your benefits. Karen and her husband, Jeff, have been married since 1988 and have two married sons and four beautiful grandchildren. She is a member of St. Clarence. An unexpected ‘cat lady’ Karen spends her free time with family and friends, enjoys taking long walks, working out, reading, live music, sporting events and the theater.
Pattie
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Pattie joined our team in 2014. She brings 30-plus years of experience to our office. Her favorite part of dental assisting is the opportunity to have patients experience pleasant dental visits. Pattie strives for excellence in all she does. She lives in Fairview Park with her husband, Scott. Pattie loves animals and supports the cause for their protection. Pattie’s hobbies include, but are not limited to, biking, walking, spending time with her extended family and petting as many dogs as she can. Pattie is also an active member in her church.
